The Observatory at Grand Banks is a brand new luxury, self catering, 2 bedroom holiday apartment in the beautiful coastal town of Teignmouth. The apartment is tastefully furnished and superbly equipped with all you need for a relaxing break. The apartment owners have incorporated lots of special touches in to the apartment to ensure you have a wonderful stay. This English Riviera apartment is in easy walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants in the centre of Teignmouth and across the estuary in Shaldon.
The Observatory is beautifully furnished with underfloor heating throughout. The spacious open plan living/kitchen area has double bi fold doors opening up onto a sheltered, south facing, private balcony with views across the Teign Estuary to Shaldon. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms – the main bedroom having an ensuite shower room – and a further family bathroom. An allocated parking space is available in the underground parking area along with a communal EV charging station.
